Not happy at all. The chips were cooked in old grease. Happened 2 different occasions. We took them back the second time. Probably won't go back.
Great place to eat I love their shrimp chive dinner but their salsa is a little too hot for me and I get to shrimp dinner without jalapenos

Horrible!!! Not the Jalisco's I remember. This place has went so down hill I will never be back..... NOT WORTH WHAT THEY ASK FOR THEIR NOT SO TASTY FOOD!
My best friend and I went tonight to exchange Christmas Gifts. Our drink order was taken but no one came back to get our food order and no water was offered either. People who arrived after we did got better service. We were there over an hour and we were very disappointed! When my best friend mentioned this to the staff, no one was really concerned or sympathetic. I will not be returning to Jalisco’s in Fultondale. The only reason I came is because a friend recommended this place. The heat wasn’t working, the bathroom didn’t have tissue or paper towels. The ceiling in the hallway was leaking. I wish I could give zero stars. Being a disabled veteran, you’d think I’d get better service. Please don’t waist your time or money in this place!!
