It was the absolute worst service I ever had. The “so called manager” Amanda needs to be retrained. The way she spoke to me was completely disrespectful. she said you must need the free food! Is this how you train your employees to treat customers. Instead of taking ownership that i ordered my food at 9:31pm for carry out and me waiting out side the store for an hour to receive the food was completely unacceptable. When I called to give her feedback she hung up on me twice. I don’t know y’all hire but she was the wrong candidate. This is the reason why I will never give my business to you again. I will be happy to pay 40$ for a pizza at davincis because their customer service is on point and I have never had a problem with my pizza.

Amazing Service, they are very polite and patient. I’ll have to be honest though there was two times I had to wait an extra 20 minutes After the tracker said it was ready. Other than that I love this Dominos service in Fultondale.

Very slow service. The pizza tracker in the app showed my order was ready 10 minutes before I arrived at the store. Once at the store, I waited 10 minutes for my order to actually be done. Several of the employees were also not wearing masks and in very close contact to the food. The front cashier was not welcoming or helpful at all. Not the first time I’ve had the same issues at this location.
