Little Caesars Pizza

Place is a hit or miss. Some days good service and other days may wait 40+ minutes on even a call ahead order. More of the later than the previous. Last month I called ahead an order of (1) pizza, and was late getting there. The guy says he only makes pizza when customers are on-site. So I waited 45 minutes for a pizza I called in 1 hour and 30 minutes before. As much shenanigans goes on here, it is worth going to another pizza place.

Horrible service uncooked or messed up pizzas. Mostly rude employee's. The only good thing about them is the price I guess it's true you get what you pay for. I mostly do online orders cause the hot and ready pizzas are never ready and guess what the online order is never ready either you always have to wait. Worst restaurant in Tarrant.

Every time, you sit at the drive through for 20 minutes before anyone even comes to say anything. The front isn’t even open so I have no idea what the employees are doing. This is not a one time thing. Come by and find out!

There were 2 people in the store. There was no help for the manager. I waited over an hour for 2 sausage pizzas. I won't be going back to this location. Terrance came out and explained but there isn't any explanation for how they run this particular store. Sad.

This store has hit a low in the last few months. I used to get their ICB but lately its either NOT cooked all the way through or it has NO seasoning! It's now left up to me to cut my own pizza once I get home since they apparently can't or won't do it. Even with all of that I RARELY say anything cause I know they tend to be short handed at times BUT TONIGHT was the last ud83dude24... I ordered an Extra Most Pep at 7:04pm online, it said to pick it up between 7:24 and 7:29, I pulled into the drive thru @ 7:33 (one 2 cars in line and 2 in the lot), I FINALLY had an employee open the window @ 7:44 (she then proceeds to yell to the back my name and says I'm there to pick up my online order), she directs me to park in the front and shed bring it out, @ 8:00 I'd had enough waiting and drove back to the window and asked for a refund. I have NO CLUE what the issue was tonight but with 3 employees (mind you this store normally operates on 1 to 2 people) this was ridiculous.
