The ladies that work here are super sweet and professional. They made my Mama feel like a queen and helped us stay within budget. I cannot rate them high enough they are a million stars worth of quality and absolutely made my family feel loved. My Mama found her dress and is head over heels in love with it. I really cannot thank these ladies enough for the amazing experience we had here wedding dress shopping. I highly recommend Imperial Bridal and will not go anywhere else for future weddings.

The ladies here were so refreshing after a horrible experience shopping for a wedding dress at Davids Bridal, Imperial Formal Wear blew them out of the water! Excellent customer service and amazing is what they were with me! They were so attentative, sweet and professional! I found the dress of my dreams and they made me feel like a beautiful bride to be! Thank you ladies for making my experience so wonderful!

A wonderful experience! Great fitting! Made the bride feel like an absolute queen! The employees were so helpful and sweet!! 10/10 go here not David’s bridal, it is so much more personable and cost efficient at imperial!!

My fiancé had an amazing trip to this shop found her dress and was treated great, which was a relief after leaving David’s bridal and being treated horribly. I would highly recommend this bridal shop and I would highly recommend a bridal boycott of David’s bridal until they can remember that their job is to service brides for the biggest day of their lives.

The best bridal boutique in Bham! The prices, staff, and dresses are unbeatable. The staff and owner were so accommodating. I was in love with the first five dresses i tried on— that never happens. So many different styles to choose from! Love love love this place!!
