I hate having car trouble and K&M fixed my issues years ago on another vehicle I had; I thought the issue was my muffler after a diagnosis by K&M it was my manifold and they were able to refer me to someone else. Great customer service and they're not even doing the repair.

I took my boyfriend truck here (2002 Dodge Ram) to have the exhaust pipe welded back together. I was greeted upon my arrival. The customer service was great. The mechanic explained everything properly to me and asked upfront was I aware of the price. Not a long wait at all!!! He immediately started on the job. Overall the service was great and he and I both were very pleased!

Tried to over charge me,go down the street to R&R,they do better work.
