Terrible Service. 11/27/2020 about 3pm today. Manager will not take recycled oil. Tells me they can not take anymore. Same manager that had chip on his shoulder when i asked him a few months ago about recycling oil there he was like as long as it not contaminated? What ever that means. It comes out of your engine. I am sure it is contaminated. So i have spent a couple thousand more or there and will not deal with service like that. Especially jaded managers. Go to Advanced auto parts in Gardendale. Let me dispose of my oil and i bought 100 dollars worth of new oil, oil filer , cabin filter and air filter. Nice folks and satisfied.

Other than buying fluids (ATF+4) ...lawnmower oil and possibly some brake cleaner I don't really shop here.nI did until I ask for someone to look at my truck and give me some advice...i was told No!nAs I write this review I don't remember what I ask them to look at....either it was headlights or the serpentine belt ...Does not matter now ...because of the lack of a ounce of compassion I very seldom go to this place anymore.

Theses Guys and Gals are great. Prompt and friendly every time I go or call. They have most of what I need when I go in, if not, I have it ordered and usually can have it within a couple of hours. Fantastic service and prices are pretty good too.

I like O'Reilly. I think they have trained their employees better. These other parts stores it's a hit and miss whether you get the right part or not. I'm sure it happens at O'Reilly's too but has not happened to me yet.

The best place to buy parts for your car. Great people work at the Fultondale store and always have a smile on their face!
