Terrible management at this location from Parker and Adam. I drove off the lot with my vehicle late August and STILL don’t have my title in late October. Parker lied and said my title was being shipped via mail and would be at my address within the next week. It is now TWO months later. They won’t even provide me with drive out tags to comfortably drive my car without being stopped by authorities. Now, supposedly, my title is tied up with the auction this “dealership” purchased the car from. Not to mention, the car I purchased needed a brand new catalytic converter which was 1400 dollars out of my pocket!! If your experience is anything like mine you’ll have to keep calling them for the status on your title. This dealership has NO customer service/ communication skills.They will not respond to emails, calls nor text to resolve any issue. Instead, they will inform you of the personal drama they have going on in their own lives which is irrelevant to the distribution of my title/drive out tags. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Not your average car dealership! The most trustworthy people I have met. Every employee at Icon is honest and respectful. I will never buy a car from any other dealership. Best experience I have ever encountered.
