I am A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! Mr. Tim Radi was a great sales executive! I messaged him about a few cars I was interested in, and he came in ON A SUNDAY and took the time out to help put me in a vehicle! He even helped me pick a great affordable insurance with a good friend of his! He explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable with my car choice! Now I’m riding in a great car that I know is dependable! 10/10, would definitely recommend going and giving them a shot!

Would give 5 because when I got the car in 2019 they were super helpful and everyone was nice and worked with you. I put down more than what was asked for my car and it's a nice car. The only thing is that when you're in an industry to provide customer service I feel as though that should apply to all aspects of your company if that is what you're offering. Due to covid I have had to take off work to keep my daughter whose virtually schooled and my job has had to shut down several times due to an outbreak. They aren't really helpful with this. Still having to pay insurance and you can let it fall or your car will be repoed and you if you fall a week behind on your payments your car will be repoed. In total i pay $613.00 a month for car and insurance payments. I can barely make rent and keep groceries and pay utilities with no government assistance. All have helped during covid or been lenient except for Holmes Motors. I feel they should be a little more understanding due to the circumstances. They haven't been helpful AT ALL!!!

Neat Main Area, Everyone is respectful and patient even with rude customers. Mr.Ivory took care of me and for someone young like me, their process and plans are exactly what I needed and I received a wonderful car. Loved the experience !
