I made an appointment to meet with a sales person. When I arrived to the dealership I walked in and sat myself, I was not greeted by any employees and/or managers for about 20 minutes. I had to ask the manager (had no way of knowing he was the manager) to assist me. He then informed me that the sales person I was meeting with, left to get food. I waited until it was 10 minutes after the agreed upon appointment time and then I left. I had been at the dealership almost an hour total before I left.This was beyond unprofessional, I’ve never been to a dealership that wasn’t excited for the possibility of new customers. The sales people avoided offering help and avoided making eye contact as I sat there waiting to be helped. Being busy is understandable, you acknowledge customers, thank them for waiting and let them know someone will assist them. Instead I was ignored and avoided until I asked for help.

Great staff. Very friendly and professional. Actually listened to what I was needing and took that in consideration when trying to find a vehicle for me. I had a very smooth and very easy experience today. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car. These people are fantastic!

After looking and researching for a particular vehicle for several months, I finally came across the exact one I wanted at Birmingham Mitsubishi. Bill, Joe, Taurus and the staff made my car buying experience an easy and pleasant one. Will most definitely refer my friends and family to this dealership. I stopped by on Saturday about 10 minutes after closing and Bill, the Director of Operations, greeted me warmly and he suggested that I test drive the car I was looking at. I asked him not to sell it and I would be back on Monday. I returned on Monday and was welcomed to a relaxed, professional, and low-pressure environment and was able to purchase the car without any issues. Great service and highly recommend anyone to visit Birmingham Mitsubishi that is looking at a new or used vehicle. They'll work with you!

Our body shop ordered parts from this company several times last year, and we also returned a few of these parts as we did not need them. We have called and emailed multiple times since last May and still have not received return credit for these parts. I understand the parts service is out of business; however, the company should be able to process these returns for us. We are very disappointed in the unprofessional and unorganized management at this company.
