My tax preparer was Leah who was very nice,but Jackson Hewitt was not prepared to start doing business today first I was there from 11am until 330pm getting a simple tax return done they didn't have any of the American Express Serve cards on site so I had to wait until the supervisor brought some to the store then Jackson Hewitt didn't have any of Leah information in the system which she then had to call the bigger supervisor for some assistant. All in all my experience was long but Leah was very friendly and apologize for my inconvenience. After all this I was told within a hour I would have been notified about my tax advance which I didn't I don't think I will ever use them ever again ud83dude2dud83dude2dud83dude2dud83dude2d
