Well I've been using jackson hewitt for several years now .so this previous time I'd went about a week or so ago went to the Roebuck as I did last year,anyway I found that the tax prepares weren't so friendly to me ...I think its pretty important to be friendly nothing really at all was explained to me she took anywhere from 5/10 min.wich was awesome ,she most definitely was fast and efficient, so that's about it...
