Ordered service on 12/17 told to put current trash out buy the road. Container will be dropped off and trash will be picked up by 12/22. Neither happened. Called customer service on 12/23 and was told the same thing. Trash will be picked up and container dropped off by end of day. Nothing. Talked to a supervisor on 12/24, Sir I assure you your request has been escalated. It’s before Christmas, I’m not expecting a container.
For 7 weeks told my 72 year old aunt they were bringing her a new garbage can because her's is missing a wheel. For 7 weeks they failed to do that simple thing... It is STILL broken and they lied and said they'd be here again two times this Friday.
