Because I don’t listen to my wife, I left the keys in the house and locked the door. Mark came out quickly in 20 minutes AND after 8PM. Thankfully he didn’t prove my wife right by using one method, BUT was still able to get the door open in seconds. 10/10 would recommend his services again.

Two days after hurricane Sally hit, my son locked himself in our bathroom. I had never picked a lock before and was in a panic. My husband was at work, but he called for a locksmith to come help me. The first locksmith he called hung up on him and then wouldn’t answer his calls. He then called Sure Locksmith and Mark offered to walk me through unlocking the door free of charge. He was incredibly nice and professional, and I was able to unlock the door within a few minutes of being on the phone with Mark. I’m so grateful, and I will never forget how to unlock the door after that experience!

My daughter called me, in a panic, because she locked her car keys in the trunk of her car. She had called AAA, but they were not sending anyone out because of the post- Hurricane back-up in traffic. I called Sure Locksmith and spoke with Mark. He was super understanding, and he headed over to assist my daughter immediately. He arrived within a few minutes, unlocked her car, and she was on her way. The price was very reasonable, and I would absolutely recommend Sure Locksmith.

I called them at 3:30 p.m. on a Friday afternoon and they came out the same day and re keyed all 3 of my outside doors. The guy was professional, efficient, fast, and friendly. The price was affordable and I would definitely recommend using this company.
