I am still in the midst of my case, but felt inclined to leave a review. I wish, wish wish wish... that I would have come to Slemboski & Tobler, and hired Ben for my divorce. I probably wouldn't be in the mess I'm in now if Ben was my divorce lawyer, and not the incompetent lawyer I had. Thus far, Ben has worked tirelessly to understand the depth of the history in my case as to adequately fight for me in the court room. My initial petition he prepared was Potently written: relaying my arguments in few words, very powerfully. The only reason I even have the confidence to continue pursuing the case is that if there is any person who can win it, it is a lawyer from this law firm: namely, Ben. I know that if I win, he will be to thank. I know that if I lose: it definitely will NOT be because I had poor legal representation.

If you are a good father facing divorce in Utah then you might be in the situation I was by feeling hopeless and that as a father you don't have any rights. The good news is that you do! You are not alone and divorce sucks. Protect yourself, protect your children by fighting for your rights as a father. You are equally important and these attorneys will fight for you!!! I was wrongfully thrown out of my home with a false protective order while in the middle of a divorce. The person who I loved and thought would never turn their back on me did. Ben and Dan were amazing. Long story short, the protective order was dismissed, I see my children regularly and received a fair divorce settlement. These guys truly care about you and not their compensation. Yea divorce sucks, divorce in Utah really sucks if you are a male. Do yourself a favor, show your children you will fight for them and to be a part of their life. Call these guys.
