Avalon Landing RV Park / Pensacola East

The couple who runs this park is wonderful. They were so nice when we got there, and were helpful throughout our stay. The location is great and their waterfront parking was gorgeous. The pool is on the small side, but its right next to the river inlet and it was so calming to be able to relax in the pool, yet catch the views of the river. It was more noisy than usual due to the construction on the 98 Bridge, but hopefully that is done soon! My fiancé and I will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our 5 night stay. We rented a canoe, used the laundry and showers, and fished from the fishing bridge. Lovely views of the Indian Bayou. Folks, guests and staff, were friendly.

This is a very clean and well managed park with many sites offering full hookups including water, electric and sewer.nBeautiful water views and a very clean pool. Canoe rentals are also available.nAir conditioned space with washer and dryers and clean large inside showers and outside showers by the pool. The inside showers offered a large private area to change clothes and towel dry, perfect for families.nThere is an air conditioned community room. They have multiple wifi so we got great wifi service.nGreat place and we will return again.

A charming place to stay, not too far from highway and easy access to beaches/restaurants. Check-in was very easy and helpful. We received a list of park rules, suggestions for local eateries and easy-to-read map of the area.

We sent 10 days there and Wendy and Jim were amazing.nDid laundry, propane refilled, all in all it was just perfect location for hitting the beaches.nWill come back again.
