I like Hardee's, but this location just needs some work.. its hit or miss on whether it will be good or not.
I would recommend avoiding this Hardee's. The food was bad, but the employees were nice
When we first pulled up, we could barely get in the drive thru line because they were super busy. We quickly got to move up the line because that crew had it pumpin and jumping. The lady at the speaker was very kind, accurate and efficient. The food was ready and hot when we arrived at the window. We were greeted by smiling faces and good attitudes dispite how busy it was. The food was delicious. Overall it was a terrific experience and I highly recommend the Hardee's off the interstate in Atmore.
This place could use a training class on how people at the window should greet a customer and just all around politeness.
Drive through only operating and had to wait a little longer than expected but food was excellent. Staff could be a little more friendly but may have been having a hard time so if the food is good I can put up with bland interaction from the staff
