H&R Block is horrible. I have been trying to get my Dad's refund straightened out for over a week. You call they make you whole for over an hour then transfer you to another person when you have to hold for another hour then they transfer you to another person that makes you hold and they don't come back and just hang up on you. They are the absolute worst, and they do not have to worry about getting any more of my business from here on out.
