We was in Muscle Shoals looking at vehicles and decided to stop by Ricks Barbecue for lunch. Walking in for the first time I noticed how nice the appearance was! It was very clean! This was our first time here. I ordered the bbq salad. There wasn’t much meat at all. It was a decent salad for the price. Cashier was nice.

For the second time when I ordered the loaded baked potato it was not good. The first time the potato was old- brownish on the inside and barely warm. Yesterday the potato was barely warm not warm enough to melt the butter or cheese. On 30min lunch break and didn't have time for a do over. Ate a little and got a carry out container and took it home to heat for supper. The servers were really nice but it doesn't make up for the food quality ud83dude12ud83dude15ud83dude11

Love the smoked chicken and white sauce. The service was fast and the food was great. Will definitely go back next to im in town.

One of my favorite places for take out. Loaded baked potato with smoked chicken is a true comfort food..

I am from Decatur and my meal was better and cheaper than Bob Gibson Barbecue there. Loved the building also.
