When I tell you I would 10 star if I could. I called this morning with the emergency of my fridge not cooling. They worked me in immediately. Like within the hour immediately. And the gentleman who came out immediately found the problem of the fan not working. Fixed it very fast....had the part on his truck. Should have my fridge back to cool this afternoon. I am beyond pleased with the service I have received.
Sent a text on a Sunday.. fully aware I would not hear back till Monday.. was totally fine with that.. but... Tony text me back today.. wow! I bought a 4 piece set of scratch and dent years ago and the dishwasher has officially washed its last dish.. so needed to know if they still had that option since I am not made of money.. I will most definitely go in next week and do business with them if at all possible.. so appreciate the time they give to help you.. not many businesses like that any more.. thank you kindly

Fredericksons is great for appliances and appliances repairs. They are courteous and prompt. I’ll never buy an appliance from anywhere else!
Locally owned and operated. Tony was very knowledgeable and attentive. He answered all my questions and found solutions to my small space configuration. They have their own service team and service appliances after the purchase, unlike big box stores.
