Huge improvement from the previous dealership that was in this location. Greenway is nothing like University! The guys at Greenway have a conscience and aren't just out to say anything to get a deal. They do want to sell cars... but you can trust them.
To start off with the customer service was incredible! I Only was there 2 minutes before someone came over right away to help. They worked super hard to get me a deal on the price range I wanted. They also worked very hard to satisfy me with the vehicle I wanted thank y’all so much I highly recommend buying rom greenway Chevrolet of shoals!
Service tech stated parts would be in next day. Parts arrived one week later. Older vehicle. Parts out of Texas to Alabama. Service manager had to get involved. He did great got the job done the next day.
