Worst customers service ever! Girl who was running the drive through was laughing and talking wasn't paying attention to my order made me repeat it three times, I ordered a big mac and got nothing but buns, no straws , no dipping sauce for the nuggets and wanted to charge me 25¢ for a pack of ranch.. Yea think I'll go to the McDonalds at loves. Much better service there...
The filet of fish was decent but my total was $4.13 and I gave the cashier $5.13. He handed me .87 cents. I explained that he owed me $1.00 and why. He told me he only entered $5.00 on the register as if that was an acceptable response. It took 3 people about 5 minutes to figure out that they owed me $1.00. This is what kids are learning in school. No math skills and definitely no command of the English language.
We have never had any issues at this McDonald's. The employees are super nice which is rare for a fast food place. Food is always good.
Ordered food for my daughters and my wife order taker entered order right, but somehow the order was still made wrong, cheeseburger was suppose to be ONLY ketchup, paid for extra sweet and sour, didn't get it, when ordering a 20 piece nugget 3 sauces come with meal, then two more so a total of 5 should have been the amount. Not a big deal, but when we showed the receipt to the girl at the drive thru window she was not pleasant left the window and then another employee gave us the sauce and she had an attitude. Over all we will not be stopping at this location again.
There friendly, social and quick but ..... Check your bag ..... That might miss something
