Great service! Diagnosed my car's problem (engine light) within an hour and had the part to fix it in stock! Was out in 2.5 hours and back in the road! Great experience, will definitely go back for future service.
Dishonest experience. Drove to see the vehicle in the screenshot below, but got to the dealership and the manager went up on the price and would not negotiate back to the price quoted on the website. We had also inquired about a trade-in and were told the price on the website was not applicable to our trade in. Both my husband and I have 800 plus credit scores. I would never believe a car dealership would let two buyers with excellent credit walk off of a car lot with the number of competitors right around the corner and online. This dealership made for a very unpleasant experience. We also felt they were dishonest so we did not purchase from them.
Friendly service but false advertising. They stated that they would have Amazon gift cards for their latest sale but still on day number five of the sale the mysterious Amazon gift cards still have not shown up. What is going on Greenville Chevrolet? Shouldn't you have the gift cards before you start the sale?

Unpleasant and dishonest experience. Found vehicle online and drove across the state to see it. Got to the dealership and showed the online price. The sales rep went to speak to the manager and went up on the price quoted online, then changed the price listed online. Needless to say, we left without the vehicle but wanted to share our experience with others since this dealership is not business the honest way.
