Very nice place. Beds were great, which is a huge plus when it comes to hotels. The shower had good water pressure too, which is also hard to find in hotels these days. Rooms were clean, breakfast was nice. They had actual warm food and not just to go bags ha ha. Also there is charging stations for electric cars here. Will be here again.
The hotel was immaculate. The staff were courteous and smiling through the masks. Hot breakfast served by friendly staff.
The staff is awesome! Vanessa, at the front desk, is super nice, friendly & accommodating. I have been really impressed with her. I've stayed at this one several times now, & will continue to, as they are so helpful & accommodating. This is a great half way point for me in my recent need to travel more. I'm disabled & Vanessa asked a few questions, the first time we stayed here, to find out just what I needed. Now, when we arrive she has us a room right by the elevator so I don't have to walk far. She also makes sure to get a shower chair in the room for me. She brings in extra pillows, if needed, as I need several for my back. We receive extra shampoo right away too, as my daughter & I both have long, thick hair. The rooms are very clean & the beds comfy. We will definitely keep going back to this one. Keep up the great work y'all & thanks for making our several stays, comfortable & enjoyable.
One of the nicest places we have stayed. I love Hamilton inns, this appears to be a brand new location. The staff there is fabulous! Highly recommend!!
Check in was quick and easy, receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Our room was perfect, no problems. Used the fitness center and all the equipment worked perfect. Breakfast was a disappointment, due to COVID everything we typically eat were not available. The server was helpful, but was a bit slow and unsure.
