this place fluctuates from being really bad, to edible. since covid hit this place has went down hill. the customer service is poor and sometimes you get surprised like i did when my pizza came w/o sauce.
Staff wasn't very pleasant in telling us only 2 can be in the building apparently. Covid has hit us all hard. A little polite behavior shouldn't be much to ask for. None of my business for you ud83eudd37ud83cudffb♂ufe0f
Very disappointed with our order today. We ordered 2 pizzas, 1 LG hand tossed pepperoni and bacon well done, and 1 hand tossed extravaganza well done. It was ordered over the phone with a computer generated system (have not used before but it repeated everything correctly). No human. I asked it to apply any coupons and it gave me $3 off. $41+ if it was delivered so we said carry out and that took it down to $35+. It said 17 to 27 minutes and it would be ready. My husband arrived there 20 minutes after we received the confirmation text. He was told it was not ready and to wait. After 20 minutes they finally figured out it had been sitting on the shelf all that time. It had put my name incorrect on the tag. We live less than 2 minutes from the store and when my husband got home with the pizzas the extravaganza was not well done and they were both very cold. We could pick them up and easily hold the pieces in our hands because they were barely warm. This is by far the worst experience we have gotten from this location, which we have shopped at for many years. Really wanted to help out local business but won't be doing this again. They grudgingly asked him if he wanted a coke or something when they saw how upset he was. No thanks. Not the best way to rebuild your customer base.
I love my Domino's! I actually used to work there. Since the Coronavirus, I order from them A Lot! Their Hot Wings, Salads, Pasta, and Subs are Top Notch! (I might be addicted to their Wings!ud83dude03). Delivery times are good and I always get what I order.
