This place was amazing! I had put the key fob for my car through the washing machine and my backup wasn't very reliable. Elite was the 3rd place I had called for pricing on a replacement. What was amazing was even though this wasn't an emergency, they were here within 45 minutes, replaced both of my key fobs on my car with lookalike replacement parts, and they did for the exact price stated. Every where else wanted me to order my own parts or needed me to bring my car somewhere (which I was willing to do). Amazing service, reasonable price, and it was a smooth customer experience. I'm really glad I found them.
The few places we called said they would help us but never called us back. We got locked out of our car and we could not wait. When we called you guys you were at my location in less than an hour and you got us in within minutes.
We needed to get our House locks Re Keyed and we wanted it done fast. Some companies wanted us to wait days before they came. You guys came over the same day i called I can not ask for better service.
All and all great service. They were on time and very clean and polite. We could not ask for more.
They were on time and that was the main thing that was important for us. We were stuck outside and we needed to get in as soon as possible. They came over and took care of us.
