Great facility, and staff. My mother spent 130 days there, with only one goal, returning home to her house that she's lived in for 30+ years. Her treatment team was instrumental in her achieving this. I would recommend Genesis to anyone, but it's the staff that made it happen.

My heart is happy...after a full year of Covid 19 ..I visited with my mother in law today at Genisus Glenville Center. I had had 1 visit along in the fall of 2020 ...it was an outside patio visit ...She is hard of hearing and it was most difficult for her to participate in conversation then. Today was just wonderful..the Staff was most accommodating...sitting with her and helping relay conversation...they shared with me what all has been happening ..future plans as Covid restrictions are lifted. They showed me her room from outside...her windows are decorated with paper tulips..Bird Feeders were donated and are filled with Birdseed. She seemed so happy and content. I cannot say how very thankful her son and I are to have this Facility and caring staff. She has been able to stay right here close her home..amongst people she knows and receive the care we could not provide in Her own home. Thank You Glenville Center for going above and beyond to care for our loved one.

My 79 year old father transitioned to Glenville Center after home hospice and a few weeks at the Veteran’s hospital in Clarksburg. He picked the center because he is familiar with how beautiful and quiet it is in Glenville. The staff has been very attentive to his needs and responsive to my questions.nnMy Dad can be difficult so we are pleased that he likes the food and the staff. He has surprisingly gained weight and looks much better after 3 months. No more bruises from falling all the time at home because he had 24/7 assistance.nnTammy, Devin, Cathy, all the nurses, the staff that answers phones, everyone at the facility is extremely kind and helpful. I feel very fortunate that my father is cared for by this team of angels.nnThey have a very nice setup for visitors too with plexiglass between us. We were able to visit outside when the weather was nice but recently have visits in a distant corner in a back room.

My husband has been there a while and has had excellent care. Staff never hesitates to call when anything at all needs addressed. Very happy with the entire staff.

So thankful we were able to get my 93 year old mother into the Glenville Center after she had a heart attack last February, 2019. We live only 7 miles from the Center and my husband and I are able to visit as often as we like and stay as long as we choose (8 Am - 8 PM ). They take very good care of Mom and we thank each and every one there for that.
