When I realized that I had left my keys in the car and over an hour away from home, I made a Google search and AJ Locksmith came up. Quick service, reasonable cost and I had my keys in my hand within 40 minutes of initial call. The service technician, Jordan, was very pleasant, helpful, really fast on getting the car unlocked and I really appreciated his professionalism and speedy work so I could get back to work! Thank you!
My husband called to get an appointment, they were able to come out within two hours that same day. Jacob was our technician and he was very kind and asked what we were exactly looking for, he gave us the quote before doing the job and let us know what would be best for what we were looking for. He did the job quickly and with ease. This was one of the best experiences we have had.
AJ Locksmith did a great job for me! One of my interior doors had accidentally locked, so I called them. Nothing urgent on my end but they were there within an hour! The technician, William, was knowledgeable, polite, Covid safe with a mask and had the door open in mere minutes. He went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with their service. The experience was amazing and I would use them again and definitely recommend them!
It's so rare that a service call actually happens within the scheduled window, but AJ Locksmith understood the importance there for my re-key and scheduled a time they could actually keep. The price was fair, and he didn't charge for my extra key copies. I didn't quite understand why Joey needed to replace a lock barrel, but the final total was not too bad. Joey was very timely, friendly, hygienic, and professional. I would be comfortable calling again or recommending AJ Locksmith to a friend.
Can't put into words just how grateful we are to AJ. They were professional and reasonably priced!! Josh, I think it was his name, was our technician. He showed up 25 minutes after my initial call and he was very quick to help our son regain access to our home. Not to mention it was also a weekend and he was communicating with me while I'm out of town. We were desperate for help and their customer care for us was outstanding. Thank you again for being so kind and so helpful! I would highly recommend this company anytime.
