Don't know about the haircuts, because I didn't have the urge to create yet another account on another website with another password for a single haircut while normal barber was out of town. It's 2020, and account theft is rampant. Have an option for a guest checkin on your site, and let me worry about how much time I may have to spend checking in each time. Which I won't be - I'll wait for my barber to get home.
Worst haircut experience of my life.nnJennifer cut my hair in about 2 minutes. The entire process in 2 minutes. The quality of my haircut was terrible. I have a simple haircut, but the fact that she rushed so fast to get it done sacrificed the quality that I’m used to. She told me that she got off at 5PM and this is her last haircut of the day before rushing home.nnShe buzzed the sides and back of my hair so fast that I could feel the clippers digging into my skin. The shampooing was so vigorous and rushed that it made me uncomfortable. I thought about telling her to stop halfway through.nnI will not be going to this location any longer, even though I live two minutes away. I would rather drive 20 minutes to the Redmond location, where I get a great haircut every time.
Staff is always helpful and they're all great at what they do. Special shout-out to Jennifer, she's amazing, went in there with a butchered haircut that someone else gave me and she brought my hair style back from the grave! lol. Thanks Jennifer for the time you spent on me and going above and beyond what's expected!
