This was the first time dropping in to another Crossfit to workout and it was a great experience. The gym has lots of room to workout in and the owners and members are terrific.
I was new to CrossFit and found CrossFit Chateau about a year ago. I was a little hesitant to try it, but I am so happy that I did! This community has become a huge part of my life. The workouts are very well programmed and they always have excellent ways to modify for new people (and also ways to make it harder if that's for you). The coaches and people there are really welcoming and make you feel included from day one. They are eager to help you and always make sure you are safe. Keri and Alex are excellent coaches and I have learned so much while getting into much better shape. As an extra bonus, we have made some life long friends at the gym which I was not expecting. I couldn't say more about this CrossFit gym and the people and welcoming community. Even if you have never done CrossFit you will love this gym.
