The Bent Door Cafe

Cool place. I like to project myself into the past and imagine a better time to live. When I run across places like this I like to explore and stay a while to see and be part of the history that we all wish still existed.nnSuch a dumb idea to put a bent door on a gas station and yet somehow it's exactly the sort of thing that distinguishes this place with it's own identity and serves as the catalyst to ensure its survival. Pure genius.nnFor those of you who know the secret of the bent door... Let it continue to be a surprise for future travelers.

Good to see as part of route 66 as it's on the way. But wouldnt have gone out my way to see it.
