A very welcoming gym using good COVID precautions.
My fiancé and I came to this box while visiting for the holidays and we had a great time. The programming was fun and the coach Vince was friendly and knowledgeable. We met the owners and they were also so welcoming. The members all introduced themselves and made us feel right at home. We will be back any time we are visiting Woodinville.
I have been working out at Agoge CrossFit for several months now and I can safely say it's been one of the best experiences I've had at any gym. The facility is wonderful and the coaches are excellent. There is a strong sense of community. I feel comfortable and supported. There is nothing intimidating about the gym members or the staff. Everyone is very approachable.nnI get a very good workout that is well supervised and wonderfully executed. The coaching staff is encouraging and puts safety and wellbeing at the forefront. All my questions are answered and I learn new skills each time I attend a class.nnI cannot thank Kathy and her team enough for a great exercise experience. As someone who has been a member of several gyms, I am thoroughly impressed with Agoge CrossFit.
I have been at Agoge for over a year now. The staff has been very helpful with modifying working outs to meet my needs and abilities. They are helpful, knowledgeable and encouraging. Everyone makes you feel welcome!
