The instructors at the Pilates Company in Woodinville are incredibly knowledgeable and have helped me with various sport related aches and pains, along with strengthening my core. Erica, the owner, is exceptionally talented, kind and has a deep understanding of human anatomy. Being a regular at this establishment has been the best thing I have done for my body in years.

Great place, great equipment and fantastic instructors. I go to Booty Barre and have tried all the instructors. They are all very knowledgable and have their own style of instructing. I've have been going to the booty barre for over a year and have continued throughout my pregnancy. One of my favorite things, is that the instructors are always taking continuing education classes and come back with new instruction. They have even taken a recent class on pre-natal barre, and have been so amazing throughout my pregnancy. A hidden gem of Woodinville!
