I needed a unit very last minute and Stephen was amazing and met with me to help. Customer service was above and beyond and was very enjoyable. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional all while keeping us company while he was working on our unit paperwork and such. He took us on a little tour of the units to make sure we got the size needed and the facility was very clean!n10,000/ 10 recommend!

I just found out that my storage bill is officially now 249.00 / month! I have a mid size climate control and this is ridiculous! I am single grandmother, we are in a pandemic still and now I am going to be charged the 249 + late fee up until I receive my check on Friday. I am going to move heaven and earth to get my things transferred to a more reasonable unit at another storage facility and I will never, ever, use Affordable Self Storage again!nnUpdate: if you need climate control go to uhaul in Odessa by University Blvd near PoJo restaurant! Their 5x10 climate control is $90 and this I was told is straight across the board.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Super clean and well kept property. Very secure and well lit! Great access hours! Stephen rented to us after office hours. We were in a bind since we got into Odessa after most storage offices were closed. Stephen showed great empathy and professionalism and helped us find the perfect fit for our items. I highly recommend this facility. It is honestly the nicest one in Odessa. Dont waist your time! Go with the best and stay away from the rest!

Needed a storage unit in a pinch so i called Stephen and he was able to meet me at the office after they had already closed. By far the best security for my belongings in town. Great people with amazing deals. It's nice to have people still caring about their customers in times like these.
