The staff is so kind. This has been the only storage facility that I've ever rented from that fixes things in a timely manner. My door was sticking and we couldn't get it down so Kay fixed it the same day. She has such a kind heart we love her.
I moved back in town recently and was looking online for a good storage place. I noticed Advantage Storage had the most competitive pricing. I went into their office and met Becky & Kay. They are the kindest, most professional people I have worked with in a long time!! Excellent experience and extremely pleased. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone !
Stopped in for rental because I'm moving to the area. Kay and Val were great! I will definately be using those ladies when I get moved to Odessa. Thanks for you help!
They were so friendly & very informative!! I can visualize my whole house inside the unit. They assured me that when I move in if I need something a little larger it was a easy fix. Kay is so nice and very professional. Highly recommended!!
Excellent storage facility. We never had any issues getting in or out. The unit was perfect for our needs, staff was nice and easy to work with, would recommend!
