Friendly and love going there..
When I got home I opened my box and my cheese pizza was burnt and super crusty. I called to complain and the manager told me I could back whenever and get a free pizza. She took my name and phone # and said she'd have it on file. I went today and 2 of the employees were super rude and told me unless I had the receipt or the name of the manager they weren't giving me a free pizza. I explained to them again what the manager told me and again with attitude they told me unless you have receipt or the managers name we're not giving you a free pizza. It's not that I can't afford a pizza and actually I was gonna buy more it was the principal on how rude they were and not to mention the burnt pizza they gave me. From now on I will just continue to go to Dominos pizza which is right across the street!
Girl at the front counter get mad at me cause I didn't have a mask on. But I when to get my pizza out of the order box. I noticed a manager in most cooks did not have a mask on covering their nose or mouth.
