Excellent service and super nice and friendly staff! Olga was the sweetest lady to my boys and everyone who came in. She’s very patient w all kids and attentive at all time. It’s a very cute place all dedicated to kids. My boys, aged 2 and 11, loved it and I would definitely recommend it to anyone
These people have no customer service skills AT ALL. We went in for our sons first haircut and were completely ignored and made to wait for over 20 minutes for our hairdresser who never even bothered to show up. The front desk girl was completely rude when we came in and barely even spoke to us. As we waited she never came up to us to let us know when our hairdresser would be in or what time she would actually show up. This is one of the most unprofessional establishments I have ever been to. The cars the children sit in were completely filthy and still had hair on them from previous hair cuts. We were excited to get our sons first haircut and now we are just upset that he was completely ignored and our hairdresser couldn’t even bother to show up on time to their job. Don’t go here.
Took my son in a little later than his appointment (5 minutes) and was berated by the stylist who really made sure I knew I was late. (not the first time I've had words with the certain stylist). Went another time for his appointment 10 minutes early and the stylist had not even started on her client before my son. We then waited for almost 45 minutes while we watched the stylist make small talk with other customers and co-workers I assume she knew while my son waited in the chair for her to start. Please work on your punctuality and professionalism when you have customers waiting for you to finish your conversations. The cut isn't bad but lack of gusto by stylists is an issue.
Second place to have never jack up my son's hair. The place is very kid oriented and they also cut women's hair with appt of course. They went above my expectations job well done. You do have to make an appt though, but they take their time with each client to exceed your expectations.
Reserved a haircut appointment a week in advance. Showed up on time for appointment and the hairdresser never showed up for the appointment. We waited 20 minutes and did not even recieve word from the front desk on what could be done to fix the problem. Was supposed to be my sons first haircut. Will be taking that first hair cut elsewhere.
