I asked to get my roots done.My hair we’re baby blonde ..I told the lady she could tone it to remove a bit the yellow ..Well my hair end up silver ..She put other application they end grey ...again more application while it was more blonde it has a lot of yellow not like I had beforenI was extremely upset I have very fine hair and multiple process can damage my hair to fall.It seem that the owner didn’t care as I was crying having my hair grey she told me to me that I had to be respectful of other people in the salon that if I want happy I could walk outnThe lady that was doing keep having that laugh and tell me to not worry “mama”nIts extremely deceitful to have someone mess up your hair and that they think it’s a jokenWhile the hairstylist told me not to pay my hair got multiple process and aren’t the color I was suppose to get .i have fine hair and it does damage my hairnI would strongly not recommend to any white lady that want to get their hair blondenNow I have to find a salon that is willing to fix it :(
