Super easy to book. They all use booksy, Timing is good per cut, complimentary drinks, clean atmosphere, every barber here has tenure here, every barber here is friendly every barber does good on every hair. When my barber isn’t there I trust other barbers to do same job and it always works out. And they take appointments sundays and mondays!

I walked in at 2:15 on Saturday and made eye contact with the 2 stylists closest to the door. One of them seemed to be the manager as she was sort of controlling the operation. 45 minutes later, after never being greeted or even spoken too, I asked if anyone had time for a walk in. She apologized for not asking me, asked around and said I'd didn't look it and that I could book an appointment with the only stylist that had agreed to work on sunday. This is by far the worst example of customer service that I have found in Odessa and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
