Ruff House is amazing! This is a high level school with high level coaches. Dez, and the rest of the coaching staff do an awesome job with the adults and kids. They work extremely hard to provide the proper instruction for everyone. If you’re ready to start a martial arts journey, I highly recommend starting at Ruff House

This gym has always welcomed me with open arms. Whipped me into shape and the vibes are awesome. And if you have children coach Tryann is super awesome with them!
Great family environment and great coaches. Even as a member of another gym, they make it very inclusive and non-intimidating. Highly recommended.
