Crunch Fitness - Odessa

As a new gym i know there will be bumps. But i see Mike ( manager ) working along side with his employees to help make crunch a clean place to improve your fitness goals. With the mask mandate over i love that we can choose to wear mask if we like or choose not to. Freedom and Fitness all in one. Keep up the good work and try your best.

It's a good place to workout early inn the morning before 8am and after 11pm and everything is good for now and i would suggest people to this gym. There is enough for most workout area's in there when working out and they keep it nice and clean for now. They also have good pricing for there membership.

As a member this Gym is amazing... their employees were very friendly, always greeting you once you come in. Another thing is that if something has ran out as in the cleaning supplies they will fix that immediately. The gym is always clean and the machines work perfectly. :D 10 out of 10 recommend.

I called to cancel my membership and they informed me that it was canceled, a week later my account was drafted for the annual fee plus the membership fee, I called that same day to inform them of this and that I had canceled my membership a week ago, the worker informed me that she wasn’t able to do anything about it, I asked to speak to a manager, she got my information and told me someone would call me back, no one ever did, I went in person after work and spoke to the manager about my situation which he stated that he could only refund me the membership fee back but not the annual fee and he would cancel my membership , the manager took off to get a pen and paper to get my information, but he didn’t return, instead he sent one of his employees to get my information, to me I felt he was not concerned about my situation and wanted to brush me off especially since he did not come back. Three weeks now I still have not received my refund nor has my membership has been canceled, called again and explained to them which now I received a name of the manager who I spoke with (Mike). The employee got my number down to have Mike call me back and to this day he has not called me back. Mike nor the employees do not care about their customers and their concerns. I won’t be surprised if I get charged next month because it seems they are refusing to cancel my membership. ud83dude21

It's a great place to work out! Nice staff and you don't feel intimidated. Many classes that fit your workout style and schedule. I highly recommend
