Everyone that I have interacted with at Kelly Grimsley's Kia service department have been courteous and informative. They are quick to get the service completed. However, if they keep your car they will also keep you informed of the status of your vehicle. I wish more dealerships treated their customers the way this service department has treated me. Thanks guys for doing a great job.

I recently purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage from Kelly Grimsley Auto Group. I can't begin to say how happy I am with this vehicle. I was driving the same model vehicle that I purchased in 2012 and I went to Grimsley's looking to trade in that vehicle. At the dealership I was greeted by and had the pleasure of working with Jose Irizarry, Jr. (an exceptional young man!). When the vehicle I wanted was not available on the lot, Jose was able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted and even had it delivered to me where I was working in New Mexico. During the entire delivery process Jose contacted me regularly with updates which I greatly appreciated. Jose followed up with a couple of phone calls after I received my vehicle to make sure I was completely satisfied. I wish all vehicle purchasing experiences could be as positive as this one was with Jose and Kelly Grimsley Auto Group. If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle I can highly recommend Kelly Grimsley Auto Group and Jose Irizarry, Jr.
