We had an awesome experience with Ron Hoover RV of Odessa. Our salesperson was Xavier. He went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience possible. He took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and showed us several options. The finance manager David was extremely helpful and thorough in going over paperwork and warranty details. Oh man had a great experience the man helping me out was a great deal of help. Was informative and his over all customer service was awesome. Help with anything he could and got me looking in the right directions. If you ask for Xavior Williams. Thank me later.

Although I was very satisfied with the RV I bought, it had to be transferred from Laredo to Odessa. I bought the RV on Friday and they set the appointment to pick it up on Monday. The trailer didn't arrive until late Tuesday. Then I had to wait for them to do their dealer prep the mattress was damaged and they had to take one out of another trailer. When it came time to hook up, my hitch needed adjustments. They charged me to help me get things done. So after spending $30k if you expect service after the sale, guess again. Also the charged $1,400 for the rear camera and installation that only required plugging it in and a few screws. You can buy the same camera on Amazon for around $600 so do your research before buying accessories.

So excited to see Ron Hoover come to Odessa!! If you are shopping for an RV or boat anywhere in Ector County, this is the ONLY place you need to look. You can trust they will treat you right. Ask for Adonis, he will answer all your questions and take great care of you!!

Purchased a boat from the Odessa dealership and found that buying long distance can be a good painless transaction. Adonis the salesman who did the majority of the work on the dealership side, was very helpful and pleasant. He answered my many questions honestly and quickly. Easy guy to work with A++++.
