Definitely the best car buying event I have had in decades! Stephen, our salesman, was friendly and super courteous! He listened to our desires and answered our questions and concerns completely, honestly and with professionalism every step of the way. Freedom GMC is AWESOME! The BEST place to buy a brand new or used vehicle! My nephew & Stephen ( sales man) always go above & beyond, to get us the vehicle we want. Service department is the worst. They lie and don’t do the job. Paid for a oil change that never happened went in for recalls and lied about doing them.. They need to get rid of the 2 girls that work there. Need new management and new employees that love to do their job and help people out. I would give them zero stars but have to do one everybody stay away from this place. Go to Midland if you want the job done right and not lied to.
We live in Hobbs and we’re blown off by the dealerships here, Cesar and Willie in finance were awesome. I messaged Cesar about a truck, the next day we were picking it up. Even with an hour and a half drive each way it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. I definitely recommend them.
The staff personnel was very professional and efficient! They were very easy to talk to as well. They made the transaction of buy my truck very smooth and stress-free! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a deal! Jacob Scott did a great job selling me this truck. Thank you!
