We had Tray Collins as our sales advisor! He worked with what we needed and was very kind and also honest, which we appreciated. We were still looking and wanted to go next door to Toyota and he took us over there himself! We compared the highlander to the traverse and IT WAS NOT COMPARABLE! It really speaks volumes when the sales rep will take you over to somewhere himself, he kept a customer that is for sure! We love our new Chevy Traverse and he got our payment just what we needed! Highly recommend anyone to reach out to Tray if they are interested in purchasing a vehicle at Chevy.

I am originally from Texas and in the military stationed in Arizona. I wanted a new Z71 Silverado and the selection of trucks here in Arizona was not as good as the selection that All American Chevrolet had. I contacted the dealer online. I was contacted by Jennifer from the sales department and she was very helpful. I let her know what I was interested and she immediately started sending me photos via text message, information regarding each truck I was interested in, and did everything she could to answer my questions. She was able to beat any dealers pricing in Arizona and other dealerships in Texas as well including the cost to ship the truck to me in Arizona. She was patient as I waited to close on a home refinance and then even located the exact color of the truck I was interested in. Once I closed on my home we closed tight deal on the truck and the next day my truck arrived to the front driveway in Yuma, Arizona.nJennifer is a hard working saleswoman and I would buy additional vehicles from her in the future.nGreat job, and thanks!nMark Martinez

Went in for a regular maintenance service was greeted by Andi Dalton. He was very helpful and walked me through the process. It was long day since the vehicle had several recalls. Andi kept me informed of what was going on and the reason for the extended stay. Even though it was along day it was a great customer service experience and all the issues were taken care of.

I switched my servicing needs from the dealership in Midland to Odessa because I always have a good experience at this location. I am generally greeted with a smile and an eagerness to help by Sammy. Sammy listens to my concerns and provides me the best options, as well as the prices for my service needs. All American Chevy of Odessa is worth the drive from Midland for the personal and competent service that my vehicle receives.
