I recently purchased my 2020 Mazda 3 from Sky Mazda in Odessa and I couldn’t be more impressed. Lisa was very knowledgeable of the selection of different Mazda’s she had to offer me. I found the one worth test driving and I loved it. She was very knowledgeable and informative about the vehicle’s different features, and she was thorough and patient during the remainder of the process. I’m in love with my Mazda 3. Every day I find a new reason to love it. Thank you Lisa and Sky Mazda!

Horrible costumer service. They want you to buy a car without asking any questions. If you do ask questions they will give you an attitude. They don’t want to put any effort into making sure you are buying a good car that is safe and reliable, they just say “its is safe” and expect that to be enough. I was ready to buy the car after having my questions answered (they didn’t know any of the answers upfront and were clearly bothered that I was being so thorough and not just buying the car that same day). I checked the next day to see if the manager, who I was speaking to had an answer for me, and he told me that the car had been sold car… So unprofessional (I already had told him I was ready to put down $500 till the insurance check cleared). If you want them to be thorough and do their jobs, they will just sell the car out from under you.
