The antenna had to be replaced. Had to sit for a few hours but it was ok.
From the time I called yesterday 10/16/20 about my issue with my car to the time I picked it up today 10/17/20 I had the best experience !! They deserve higher than a 5 star rating in my opinion ! They were so nice and profession the whole entire time ! They had my car towed for me called me when they had it looked at called when they found out the issue let me know as soon as it was fixed, let me know what was going on every step of the way there was no guessing ! When we went to pick it up they were just as kind and explained everything from beginning to end! Hands down one of the best service departments I have ever dealt with and highly recommend!

On 4/02/2021, we went to Odessa,Tex Nissan looking for a White 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum. Was met by Nissan salesman Nathan Bustamante. Nathan was very friendly, professional, and went way above and beyond by conducting follow ups, and trying to help us, and made us an offer that was very reasonable. We accepted the price offer, but Odessa Nissan did not have that exact SUV. Anyway, we were not able to get the SUV at Odessa, but since Nathan was such a great salesman, that we decided to leave this review. will recommend!nThanks Nathan.
