Had a great experience with JD. I started an inquiry online and the very next day I got a text back, despite my busy work schedule. He replied back every time, even after 2 weeks. After finally showing up to check out the car, it wasn't what I wanted, personally. So we ran around the whole lot checking out a couple more vehicles. He was located on the lot across the street from the main building at the time and would gladly run across the street to grab the keys to any vehicle I wanted to test drive. I have a decent background working with cars, so I knew what faults to look for in a car. Mechanically the cars I drove preformed great. Alignments were perfect. After all that, he worked with my terrible credit and got me approved for a loan. It was definitely worth it. For those without a lot of used car buying experience, I would recommend that you bring someone along to check out the car with you, preferably someone mechanically inclined. Not spotting a problem beforehand would be mostly your fault, since you can literally drive it as long as you want and look over the vehicle as many times as you want. Would also recommend doing a little research too into the vehicle you are buying.

Permian Mitsubishi all i have to say is JD if you want to leave the lot in whatever wanted. JD doesn't sell cars he put dreams in driveways...

This was our second time to buy from Texas Certified and we were definitely not disappointed! The staff was more than accommodating and a special shout out to Adrian who not only stayed after hours not one ,but twice for us, he also spent an hour of our wait teaching my daughter how to draw. Not to mention the SUV I bought is AMAZING!!! Thank you again for the fantastic customer service.
