Amazing costumer service!! I came in as a first time buyer after being rejected by a handful of dealerships and Pamela Paredes helped me through the whole process and I was finally able to buy my first car by myself!! I highly recommend coming here if you think you’re out of options.... you’re not!
Terrible experience here!!! Called because they were advertising a vehicle on Facebook and they told me it was still there. Went in the following day and it wasn't even in the same town. Then they asked me to fill out paperwork for another vehicle I was interested in, then salesman came back and said my credit was good enough for it. When I asked about the buy here pay here they told me it's based off of your credit. So they couldn't help me with putting at least 5k down on any vehicle. I laughed and left the dealership that's just ridiculous.

Kelly Correa and her team at Tricolor are top notch and this has been my best experience in purchasing a vehicle. I didn't feel like I was being sold to or pushed in a certain direction. The patience Kelly Correa displayed was great! I highly recommend Kelly if you need a vehicle. She and Tricolor are class personified!
