I have been taking lessons at Mone for about 2.5 years. My goals are focused on increasing confidence around horses and finding ease in horseback riding. I find Danielle facilitates a quality lesson, which allows me to focus, learn something new, and walk away feeling positive. Danielle also has a knack for pairing her riders up with just the right horse for each rider and where they are in their horsemanship journey.

We took our daughter her for her first lesson and had a great experience.the instructor was very hands on and professional. She made our daughter feel very comfortable and had her up and Riding safely in the first session.nOur daughter left the session very confident she wants to continue riding and we booked our next session that evening.

I love Mone! I only went for lessons twice because of covid, but plenty more lessons are coming. Have never had any drama with any of the girls. Danielle's horses are absolutely beautiful and well mannered. I have nothing against going there. Instead of Danielle treating us like her riders she treats us like her kids, we all are a family. I highly recommend!!!!

Danielle knows her way around horses for sure but she is very rude and manipulative to her clients (even those that have been with her for years.) let’s start with the good: I took lessons there for 3+ years and I learned a TON from the lessons I took and the camps I went to and I met some of my closest friends at that barn. Now onto the majority of this review: Danielle is extremely manipulative, she rescues way more horses than she can afford to feed then begs all of her clients for money to feed them and says they’ll get really sick if they don’t give her the money to feed them. She gets young clients and gets them super attached to a horse then threatens to sell the horse or give it away if their parents can’t pay for whatever she thinks she needs to be payed for. She has a temper and gets super angry super fast which can be quite scary, even to some of the adults. Overall, I do not recommend taking lessons here, at least not for long a long time, she will teach you a lot, but you will soon see the manipulation this woman puts her young riders and their parents through. Trail rides are fun, but a lot of times Danielle has her students lead the rides because she is so busy doing whatever, so if you want to be led by a 12-16 year old go for it, but I’m sure you can find literally any other place that would be more professional and friendly than here.

My friend just called to schedule a horse ride for one. She asked the woman simple and polite questions, such as the type of rides available(I.e. beginner-advanced riding). The woman on the phone was incredibly rude responding, “I don’t know you from Adam. I’m not going to let you run my horses into the ground.” Wow! Such service to a potential new customer. Needless to say we’ll be taking our business elsewhere, and I suggest you do too. ud83dude42
