Last night I accidentally locked myself out of my car...I was very worried that it would be expensive to call a locksmith and that I would be waiting forever...it was almost 9pm. I was so wrong...Nick arrived 20 minutes after calling him, and he was very polite and professional. He had us on our way and for an excellent price! I won't hesitate to call him next time...well hopefully there will not be a next time:) This was by far the best experience I had had with a locksmith.

I had ran into the gas station and left my truck running with my dog in it, and my dog had hit the lock button while I was inside and I was locked out. I did not have an extra key at the time, and I had called him on a Sunday, and he answered right away and told him my situation and he said he was leaving right then to come help me and get to my dog who was stressing out and I was worried about, because he has seizures. I had a guy try and help me while I was waiting for Nick to arrive and he was able to get it unlocked and I called Nick back and told him and he was just about there and I was willing to pay him for his time, but he was just glad I had gotten in and to my dog. He was extremely professional, nice, and very good to talk to. I definitely will recommend him to anyone.

Nick with Dixie Lockout was such a great help in a time of need! He answered my first call and after I reported my car locked with my spare in the vehicle. He said he said that we would be right over (30 minutes). He got here even sooner and used the best way to get into my vehicle that caused no damage and explained to my husband and I what he was doing this really helped an already stressful situation. In less than five minutes my car was open and damage free! The payment was fair and easy to use! If ever in another crisis Nick at Dixie Lockout is my go to!!! Thanks again! 20/10 would recommend!
